Beloved

This latest illustration is titled “Beloved” because a song struck us for this concept. This piece alludes to a music box and its lullaby’s calm. 

I made a circular music sheet and carefully overlaid the notes. I know nothing of music theory, but I'm proud that I tried to convey this visual concept to the best of my ability given the deadline we set. What I feel really ties it together is my placement of dandelion seeds as they catch a colorful wind.

I referenced music notes from the Kingdom Hearts ballad “Dearly Beloved,” which was originally composed by Yoko Shimomura.
